The main thing we do is educate families about how to get to the place of financial freedom. Part of this is knowing where to refer and help families in need (or in crisis) regarding their home. Many families in the Antelope Valley are facing foreclosure and have no idea where to go to get help or counseling. Many call their banks and get the run around, or stay on hold for hours. Our company is a chapter of a non profit organization that is helping families navigate through the process. We can stop a foreclosure for free and then discuss what the options are. It may be a loan modification, or it could be a short sale.

There may be a need to reduce the debt to income ratio and help people with an appropriate budget for their home. There are resources that we have to plug people into… that is what we do..
