How To Stop Your Foreclosure

“Do you want to stay in your house? That is the first question that needs to be answered.”
If you answered yes…. then the odds are that we may be able to help you. We have a great track record of stopping foreclosures, sometimes on the same day of the sale date!
Here’s a video of what most of the people we are helping are experiencing when they try to get help on their own.
Dead ends. Frustration. You don’t need it and we can help take the load off of you and do it for you. Completely free.
Here are the steps you need to take.
- Pick up the phone and call 661-874-4325.
- An associate will gather the correct information, fill out a short one page form and submit it to a mitgator at our 501 (c) 3 non profit corporate office.
- You will be contacted to confirm the stop of the foreclosure. Usually the stop is up to 30 days.
- Take a breath and decide what to do next. An associate will assist you in deciding what the next course of action is.
What happens in the negotiation of a foreclosure stop is simple.
A mitigator who has done hundreds of “stop foreclosures” is able to leverage the contacts and relationships that have already been established through the previous mitigations that have already been done. They “know the ropes” so to speak, and you are able to avoid the lengthy hold times and waits.
Your mitigator negotiates with the lender on your behalf and let’s them know that you want to stay in your home, but you need time to evaluate a loan modification. This stops the foreclosure process. Simple.
The next step is to find out what your loan modification options are. We can help walk you through that process.
